To enable us to ensure that this website is providing the user with the information they seek, we do need to understand certain types of information about our users, and you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of this information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.
Information Showmasters Events Ltd (‘Showmasters’) gathers and tracks
Showmasters gathers two types of information about users:
Information that users indicate they are happy to provide to us through optional, voluntary submissions. These can be submissions via a form to receive our electronic newsletters, or to participate in our message boards or forums, to email a friend, and from participation in polls and surveys. Your participation in these areas of the sites are strictly at your discretion and you may opt out at any time.
Information Showmasters gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and in some cases assist potential sponsors to better understand the demographics of our audience. Under no circumstances does Showmasters divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.
Showmasters gathers user information in the following ways:
Optional Voluntary Opt-In Information
We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:
1. Electronic newsletters policy (Email Newsletters)
We will offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Showmasters gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.
2. Message boards/forums policy
Users of the site’s Message Boards and Forums must register separately for these services (both are free of charge) in order to post messages, although they needn’t register to visit the site. During registration the user is required to supply a username, password, and email address.
3. “E-mail this to a friend” policy
Our site may offer users the choice to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking “e-mail this to a friend”. The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.
4. Polling
We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues. Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. Showmasters may use a system to “tag” users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.
5. Surveys
Showmasters may occasionally conduct user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our sponsors, advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.
Children
Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
Usage tracking
Showmasters Events Ltd tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Showmasters does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). Showmasters sometimes tracks and catalogues the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
Cookies
We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Showmasters uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). Our advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates.
You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser or refusing them if prompted to do so. If you’ve set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site. However, you do need cookies to participate actively in message boards, forums, polling and surveys.
Use of Information
Showmasters Events Ltd uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our network of sites, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users. As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable users to participate in polls, surveys, message boards, and forums. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular schedule (depending on the newsletter), and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing. Showmasters never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.
When we use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you. We track search terms entered in Search function as one of many measures of what interests our users. But we don’t track which terms a particular user enters.
Showmasters Events Ltd creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for advertisers, sponsors and partners. This allows our advertisers to advertise more effectively, and allows our users to receive advertisements that are pertinent to their needs. Because we don’t track the usage patterns of individual users, an advertiser or sponsor will never know that a specific user clicked their ad. We will not disclose any information about any individual user except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
Sharing of the information
Showmasters Events Ltd uses the above-described information to tailor our content to suit your needs and help our advertisers better understand our audience’s demographics. This is essential to keeping our events and websites relevant to our visitors needs. We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
Security
Showmasters Events Ltd operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.
Opt-out Policy
We give users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:
- Opting not to register to receive our electronic newsletters.
- Opting not to participate in certain interactive areas, which completely alleviates the need to gather any personally identifiable information from our users

TICKET T&Cs
By purchasing a ticket I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions as set out below.
1. Entry tickets (i.e. day, weekend, Gold Passes) are per person and need to be in the correct name.
2. Only entry tickets and gold passes include actual entry to the event, and this will provide access on the days stated on them only.
3. All other tickets (i.e. Diamond passes, photo shoot, talk) are “add on” tickets and are only valid if accompanied by an entry ticket for the same day.
4. Add on activities can take place any time on the day stated therefore are only valid if accompanied by a corresponding entry ticket or Gold Pass.
5. Some shows sell out of entry tickets in advance and if the person using an “add on” ticket does not have an entry ticket for that day they may not be able to gain entry to the event to use it.
6. We will NOT refund any “add on” tickets due to the reason that the person who wishes to use them does not have an entry ticket for that day. Before purchasing “add on” tickets. Please ensure you already have, or purchase at the same time, the relevant entry ticket that you will need.
7. Credit Refund Vouchers – We reserve the right to issue credit refund vouchers instead of cash refunds if we deem it necessary. Since the COVID pandemic, we reserve the right to issue credit refunds instead of cash refunds should the business requires. In the event we issue a credit refund, we will offer a digital way to keep the funds you have paid us for entry, add on tickets or any other products purchased. These credit vouchers can be used to purchase tickets for any other Showmasters event in the future or items from out online autograph shop www.showmasterssales.com. If the credit refund vouchers are not used within 2 years of issue, then they will be eligible upon request for a full cash refund at that time.
8. Entry tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the show is cancelled in its entirety. However, should you purchase an individual photo session with a guest who cancels you will be automatically issued a credit refund as per point 7.
9. Showmasters Ltd do not take responsibility for any missed activities due to not being present for the full duration of the event. If you have “add on” tickets for an activity such as a photo shoot, please check the event schedule in the week leading up to the event to ensure you know what time you need to be in the event. Please also allow time for queuing to enter the event.
10. Guests appear subject to professional work and personal commitments. Should a guest postpone their appearance to a future event, then if you have a guest specific add on ticket then it will become valid for their new event appearance automatically. If you cannot attend that event, then you may apply for a credit refund voucher. Should a guest cancel and no future event be scheduled for them then you will automatically receive a credit refund voucher. Any refunds will only be for the guest specific ticket. Any event entry ticket will remain valid, and so not refunded, unless the event is cancelled in full.
11. Not all guests will appear all days. Please check the website for latest updates and be aware that sometimes these days can change at the last moment.
12. Title, ownership and all rights, now and in the future, of and for all photo shoot images taken at the event, remain exclusively with Showmasters Ltd. Photo shoot images will be available to download for personal, non-commercial use after the event for a set fee.
13. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason what-so-ever, but mainly to include those that cause disturbance or refuse to comply with reasonable requests from the event management team. Any such persons may be removed from the premises.
14. We reserve the right to change the opening hours of our shows for operational reasons and are not obliged to offer any refund or other form of compensation if we do so. Any such persons may be removed from the premises.
Photo Sessions
Photo session tickets are for one person with a specific guest on the specific day named on the ticket. Each person in the photo with the guest will require a photo shoot ticket.
The cost of photo session ticket does not include admission to the event. Event admission tickets must be purchased separately. No refunds will be given on unused photo shoot tickets, unless the reason it was not used is due to the guest not appearing at the event.
Please be aware that photo shoots take place at specific times during the event. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the time you need to be in the event at the specific photo shoot. Schedules for all events will be posted online in the days leading up to the event. Please also double check your photo shoot time on the day of the event in case of any last minute changes.
All tickets are non-transferable or refundable and are subject to our T&Cs.

Adult entry
Gains admission for one Adult to specific event on relevant date.
Under 4s gain admission for free. Child tickets available separately (Aged 4 – 12).
The doors will be opened for holders of this ticket at specific time on relevant day.
Admission to this event is by ticket only.
Entry to show with E-ticket. Ticket must be printed prior to arrival at the show, or can be displayed on a mobile phone or tablet device on the day.
Child entry
Gains admission for one child (Aged 4 – 12) to specific event] on relevant date.
Under 4s gain admission for free.
Child must be accompanied by at least 1 full paying adult. Adult tickets available separately.
The doors will be opened for holders of this ticket at specific time on relevant day.
Admission to this event is by ticket only.
Entry to show with E-ticket. Ticket must be printed prior to arrival at the show, or can be displayed on a mobile phone or tablet device on the day.
Family Entry
Gains admission for two adults and two children* (or one adult and 3 children) to specific event on relevant date.
Under 4s gain admission for free.
Single adult and child (*aged 4 – 12) tickets available separately.
The doors will be opened for holders of this ticket at specific time on relevant day.
Admission to this event is by ticket only.
Entry to show with E-ticket. Ticket must be printed prior to arrival at the show, or can be displayed on a mobile phone or tablet device on the day.
Gold Pass
Priority entry to the show for all days.
Designated complimentary seats at all free and paid for talks take place during show open hours with the exception of Diamond Pass Guest Talks, Promotional/Event Exclusive talks and sponsored talks
Priority seating at all talks. In situations where the talk is part of a Diamond Pass package you will be located behind the Diamond Pass holders.
2 x Diamond Pass Talks of your choice up to the value of £30 each. These are given out on a first come first served basis on the day and whilst stocks last.
Pass acts as a virtual queue ticket for all guests (excluding diamond guests)
2 x Autograph Vouchers to be redeemed against guests selected by Showmasters around 2 weeks prior to the event. These guests will be attending the event on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and will be charging £10 per signature at the event to non-gold pass holders, and to any Gold Pass holders choosing to purchase additional autographs from said guests.
Priority queuing at the photo sessions. (You will be located behind the Diamond Pass Holders for any purchased photo sessions with Diamond Pass Guests).
1 x £10 prop shoot (of the shows choosing)
Your E-ticket for your Gold Pass will be sent via e-mail, which you will then exchange at the event for your wristband. Wristbands MUST BE WORN FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW! If you purchase a gold pass you agree to wear the wristband as your proof of purchase. These Gold Passes are not available to dealers, only to the public. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. Gold Passes are not guest specific (refunds cannot be offered if the guest line-up changes), are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to refuse entry into any area of our show. If for any reason we have to cancel a photo shoot due to guest cancellations a credit refund will be issued for the ticket specific to that guest. Entry tickets are non-refundable unless event is cancelled. Please remember to bring all tickets with you to the event. If you do not have your tickets, you will not be admitted.
We reserve the right to postpone any event and purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, or a guest you have add on tickets for is no longer attending the new date, then a credit refund voucher will be issued. If an event is cancelled then a credit refund voucher will be issued.
We reserve the right to move, cancel or postpone any event for any reason what-so-ever and any purchases in relation to these events will be issued with a credit refund voucher to be used at other Showmasters Ltd events or products.
