Entrance points for London Comic Con Winter 2025
15th-16th November
Please read carefully as some of these options have changed from previous shows:-
In all cases please follow the directions from our security and crew who will direct you to the most appropriate entrance and exercise particular care when crossing roads.
London Comic Con Winter Main Entrance
Grand Hall Entrance, Olympia Way
All Comic Con ticket holders including Gold Pass, Weekend Entry and Single Day Entry
The main entrance to London Comic Con Winter will be through the Grand Hall entrance on Olympia Way. Please follow the direction the security team and staff who’ll guide you to the entrance.
All ticket holders excluding YALC should use this entrance
The holding area will be available for queuing from 07.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
At busy periods, you may be required to queue outside of the venue, so please bring appropriate clothing in case of inclement weather.
There will be a separate holding area for GOLD PASS holders at the Comic Con entrance.
There will be a separate holding area for EXTRA HELP at both the Comic Con and YALC entrance.
YALC Entrance
West Hall Entrance, Blythe Road
The entrance for YALC will be through the West Hall entrance on Blythe Road. Please follow the direction the security team and staff who’ll guide you to the entrance.
This entrance is for YALC ticket holders ONLY. No admittance will be granted for general comic con ticket holders.
Please note: After 12 noon, YALC ticket holders will enter through the main comic con door on Olympia Way.
The holding area will be available for queuing from 07.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Pass Collection
Grand Hall Entrance – FRIDAY ONLY
Gold Pass, Diamond Pass, Weekend Ticket – collection only
All of the above passes and wristbands can be collected from the above location between 4pm and 8pm.
The show is NOT open on this day, so there will be no access to any of the halls. Pass collection will be on a first come first served basis. Only passes will be available at this point, collection of gifts will take place inside the show on open days.
Diamond Pass collection will also be available in the hall on Saturday and Sunday. We remind all Diamond Pass holders they need a valid entry ticket to the event.
Extra Help
If you require extra help, please make yourself known to security and staff and they’ll direct you to the extra help queuing area.
Please note: There is no seating available at any of the entrances, so if you have difficulty standing for long periods, we recommend you delay your arrival until the show is open.
