Please read carefully as some of these options have changed from previous shows:-
In all cases please follow the directions from our security and crew who will direct you to the most appropriate entrance and exercise particular care when crossing roads.
LONDON COMIC CON WINTER ENTRY VIA OLYMPIA GRAND HALL OLYMPIA WAY
The Main entrance to Comic Con will be through the Grand Hall Main entrance on Olympia Way, please follow the direction of our security team and staff who will guide you to the holding area for queuing.
The holding area will be available for queuing from 7.30am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday. On this occasion the queuing area is outside of the venue so please bring appropriate clothing in case of inclement weather.
YALC ENTRY VIA OLYMPIA WEST HALL BLYTHE ROAD
YALC entry will be via the Olympia West Hall Entrance situated in Blythe Road. Please take extra when walking around Olympia where some footpaths are closed due to building work and always follow the guidance of our security and safety team, particularly when crossing roads.
GOLD PASS
Gold pass entrance will be via the Grand Hall entrance in Olympia way. Do not join the main entry queue and make yourself known to a member of our staff or security who will show where to wait for your priority entrance to the show
PASS COLLECTION – OLYMPIA GRAND HALL ENTRANCE
FRIDAY 10TH NOVEMBER 2023
Gold Pass, Diamond Pass, weekend ticket -Collection only.
All of the above passes & wristbands can be collected in the above location between 3pm and 8pm.
The show is not open on this day, so there is no access to any of the halls. Pass collection will be on a first come first served basis. Only passes will be available at this point, collection of gifts will take place inside the show on open days.
SATURDAY 11th & SUNDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 2023
Diamond Passes can be collected from this location on Saturday from 7.30am to 8.30am and on Sunday from 8am to 8.30am. After this time, Diamond Passes can be collected once inside the show after 9am.
Diamond passes do not give priority entrance to the show and will be issued on a first come first served basis. Once passes have been collected, attendees (other than Gold passes) will be required to join the main show entry queue on Olympia Way.
EXTRA HELP
If you require extra help then please make yourself known to security and our staff and security and they will direct you to the extra help queuing area. There will be an extra help desk at each entrance. Please note there is no seating available at any of the entrances so if you have difficulty standing for long periods, we recommend you delay your arrival until the show is open.
