FAQ’s

We want everyone to have as much information about Sen’s appearance at London Comic Con Winter so they can enjoy and be prepared for the day, so we have put together some FAQs:

What ticket do I need to attend the event?
Everyone entering the building will need either a ticket to London Comic Con Winter (LCCWinter) or YALC. If your priority is this activity, then we recommend you get the LCCWinter ticket as it will give you entry into the part of the event you need to get your VQ.

How do I access the panel?
There will be a limited amount of tickets for the talk. These are available to purchase via the online shop. Please note that you must have an entry ticket to the event as well as a panel ticket to attend. The panel will be taking place at 11am so you should be at the talk area at least 15 minutes prior for us to load into the hall.

How do I get my book signed?
Sen will be signing at the Alchemised booth after their panel (See the timetable for full schedule). We will be operating a virtual queue system (see below) to manage the queue. Please note that it will be ONE COPY OF ALCHEMISED per person permitted to be signed and everyone joining the queue will need a VQ ticket. You should have your book purchased in advance of joining the queue as they will not be available to purchase at the desk.

What is the queuing process?
A Virtual Queue (VQ) is a queue that you don’t actually stand in until your number has been called. You collect a numbered ticket specific to each guest at the beginning of the day in the signing area from the crew member who is managing that line and return any time after that number has been called. Depending on your ticket number you can work out roughly what time your number will be called. Each person wanting to join the queue must have a VQ ticket which must be collected in person. We do advise that you try to get there early if there is a guest you are particularly keen to meet as VQ tickets are limited. Please note the VQ Ticket does not guarantee your autograph, it is a placeholder for your position in line.

Can I get my book dedicated?
Yes, we will have a team helping with sticky notes to help this go smoothly.

Can I get a selfie?
No, unfortunately due to time constraints and wanting to let as many fans meet Sen, we are unable to offer photo ops at this event.
